  Call out under our 5* cover plan with Surrey Heating Specialists. Engineer arrived on site in less than an hour and promptly fixed the problem and double checked everything before leaving. So glad we have a contract with SHS, everyone we encounter is so helpful, friendly and professional.

  Engineer was on time, very pleasant and explained what he was doing as he proceeded with the annual gas check. I learned a lot! He left things immaculate and it was an excellent experience.

  Great Service from a Great Company

  I’ve been on a plan with these guys for a long time now and always had great service. Recently our 25 year old boiler, which the guys had kept going, went wrong again, and they were there within 20 mins and worked out the motherboard needed replacing. As the boiler was getting to the end of its life, and would take a few days to get the part due to it being a bank holiday weekend, Ryan gave me a quote to get a new boiler installed. This we had done by Tyler the next day to a great standard . Great and friendly service by all those involved and a good price too. Will always recommend

  I am very satisfied with Surrey Heating. I always get a prompt response and I like having the same area engineer who usually comes out as he is now familiar with my boiler. It is reassuring to know that I can rely on SH especially h ing the maintenance contractor

  Boiler Installation

  I recently had a boiler installed by Surrey Heating Specialists and was very impressed. The work was handled as a priority, with the team responding quickly and arriving on time. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was explained well. They also found a way to avoid costly scaffolding and passed the savings directly on to me, which was greatly appreciated. The installation itself was neat, professional, and completed to a high standard, with minimal disruption. Overall, a reliable and customer-focused service that I would happily recommend.

  Excellent service.

  The engineer kept me informed as to when he would arrive. He fixed the boiler problem promptly with no mess. An excellent service from the telephone call to the company to the work carried out by the engineer. I can thoroughly recommend them as a very trustworthy company.
