  f23 error on boiler which caused heating and hot water to stop intermittently.

  engineer was able to assure us that this was normal with the boiler model i had. he checked some valves and suggested adjusting heating cycle to keep hot water separate of heating rads...and he did some adjustments to a valve to improve boiler sensitivity.

  Great experience, boiler service and new Tado thermostat installed. Separate issue found on the day was also resolved during the visit. Additional quotes for works given very quickly so always kept informed.

  Another great job carried out from start to finish. Cannot fault this company. Their communication and turnaround time is second to none. I am extremely pleased with the two new radiators they fitted for me today. Very reliable company and very friendly and helpful staff and engineers.
