Our ancient boiler recently failed spectacularly, setting off the CO2 alarm. Ryan was quickly in touch, and quoted us for 3 options and was significantly cheaper than British Gas, who took a further day to provide just one quote, and within 2 days SHS had completed the installation. Ryan even made an emergency visit to kick our ancient immersion heater back into action. The house is old, and the plumbing ‘characterful’, and the job has thrown up some rather unanticipated challenges. Ryan has been easy to contact, prompt and professional in his responses, and the whole SHS team are super.

Surrey Heating have been servicing my boiler for the last few years. They arrive promptly and keep you informed of progess. It is a very professional team of people that are reliable and efficient. Great customer service provided.

My emergency request to fix my boiler was answered very promptly. Terry fixed the issue. Terry also found another fault on the boiler which in the past other engineers never checked. Terry ordered the part and the office booked for an engineer to fit the part. As I was impressed with Terry’s skill and work, I asked Terry to do a gas safety check while he was there. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic company who were recommended by a friend. From initial contact - to them moving my boiler was such an impressive experience. Very professional, completely cleaned up during and after the work. Excellent communications - I would highly recommend them.
