  Peace of Mind.

  I had my garden and my neighbours garden surveyed last week by Shay. I asked if it was possible to get the work carried out quickly and Surrey Bamboo responded giving me a booking for today due to a booking being rearranged. Shay leading a team of 3 arrived at 8.00am as advised and carried out the work in my garden which required my patio being lifted to removes all traces of bamboo. in one place this included part of my lawn. They then cleared all bamboo in my neighbours garden which is where the bamboo in my garden came from. With a 5 year guarantee Surrey Bamboo is highly recommended.

  Friendly, professional bamboo removal.

  Ethan turned up with Sunny and Shay early on 18/11/2025 to excavate various clumps of bamboo as well as to remove rhizomes which had started to spread. There was a huge amount to dig out but they were able to complete the job in one day and to leave the waste in the driveway ready to be picked up. The waste filled a large pick up truck. All were highly professional and friendly throughout the day and, importantly, removed all traces of bamboo from the garden. We are also reassured that if there is any recurrence we are covered by a 5 year guarantee. Highly professional and recommended!

  Reliable, courteous, professional, hardworking team

  Professional from start to finish, Surrey Bamboo Removal dug out an established 'clump-forming' bamboo (aureus variety) which had spread and grown under our boundary fence and into our neighbour's garden - under a concrete patio and footpath. All runners were dug out including breaking up the concrete but without needing to remove the fence. The large team (Ethan, Jake, Jay and Matt and others) arrived promptly and courteously at 8am on the day of the removal and worked hard and efficiently throughout. The whole process took about five hours and the site was left in a very tidy condition.

  Dani, Shay and Sunny did a sterling job of removal the bamboo from our garden and our neighbour’s. They removed everything by hand and left the area in decent order. Conditions weren’t ideal with torrential rain throughout the day! I’d recommend them!

  Clearing several areas of bamboo and installing root barriers against fences

  Surrey Bamboo Removal did an excellent and efficient job. Over 3 days their team cleared bamboo from several areas of my garden, using machinery and working by hand, plus installed root barriers against fencing to protect against future spread from adjoining gardens. The need to remove bamboo came up as an issue during my house sale process, so it was very stressful, and I am very grateful to Ethan from SBR for fitting the work into their schedule as quickly as possible and doing it to a perfect standard.   Great team of people to work alongside a project!

  The team were very professional especially working in an area that was not the easiest to access or work on. The team kept me informed all the way through the project and were only to happy to talk to members of the public regarding the remit of the work they were carrying out. Had a couple of issues that between myself and the Surrey Bamboo team managed to resolve pretty quickly and i was impressed by their knowledge of their field of work. Professional outfit from start to finish!
