Surrey Bamboo Removal did an excellent and efficient job. Over 3 days their team cleared bamboo from several areas of my garden, using machinery and working by hand, plus installed root barriers against fencing to protect against future spread from adjoining gardens. The need to remove bamboo came up as an issue during my house sale process, so it was very stressful, and I am very grateful to Ethan from SBR for fitting the work into their schedule as quickly as possible and doing it to a perfect standard. With the company’s 10 year guarantee, my house sale has proceeded.

The team were very professional especially working in an area that was not the easiest to access or work on. The team kept me informed all the way through the project and were only to happy to talk to members of the public regarding the remit of the work they were carrying out. Had a couple of issues that between myself and the Surrey Bamboo team managed to resolve pretty quickly and i was impressed by their knowledge of their field of work. Professional outfit from start to finish!

What an amazing job from Surrey Bamboo. The men worked incredibly hard over the two days they were here, one of which was during torrential rain. They were highly professional and knowledgeable and very tidy and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were a pleasure to have around. SBL's team, lead by Shay, were courteous and efficient, finishing the job within the allotted time and without removing the adjacent fence. This might have been considered necessary, but would have been inconvenient for the neighbour. Instead, poison was put into the roots of any bamboo that might have spread next door. Altogether a good experience, and my thanks to the team.

Had about 12sq metres of invasive bamboo removed in Feb '25 by the lovely Jay and his brother. So polite and friendly. They did a great job and by the end of the day, you wouldn't of known it was there. All bomboo removed efficiently. Had a little bit of regrowth recently and they came back in a timely manner and sorted it. Very pleased with result. Jay is a great ambassador for you, highly recommended, thank you
