He walked me through every step, gave me a good variety of options to pick from, reasonably priced, got the job done promptly and when he got a cancellation, he called and pushed our appointment forward, tested all the equipment was in good working order and had me test it all before he left. I ran into an issue because I wasn't used to the lock but he guided me on how to use the lock correctly. Really friendly guy and even has the option for card payments on the job which I didn't need in the end, but super handy for anyone who never has cash on them

Came out and fixed our damaged front door & balcony door locks quickly and efficiently. Very friendly service! Cleaned up after and good price too. Definitely recommend and will 100% use again!

Matt was very good, came out within the hour to look at the job on hand. Put a temporary fix on the door, and was back within 2 days to fix it completely. Kept in the loop and how things were going.
