We had a door lock stuck, a quick call and they were round the same day. Not only fixed the issue, gave us a new type so we won’t cause the same issue again. Plus cut extra keys on site and tightened up some hinges. Very pleased.

I've called Matt at Surelock Homes on a number of occasions and always found him to be extremely helpful and responsive; he has helped in situations where we've been locked out at lightening speed! Most recently he helped make sure our house was properly secured, advising on locks and costs to help me keep things within budget, and being extremely patient while I decided on lock fixture finishes (gold, brass, mat – and so on!). Most importantly, perhaps, he is reliable – responds to messages quickly and shows up when he says he will. Always my go-to for lock help!

Matthew repaired and fitted hinges to my front door which did not shut properly and replaced lock on my back door, excellent service and workmanship, it's like having 2 new doors! 5***** Would recommend.

Appointment quickly arranged via the app with a phone call to confirm what the issue was with the lock. They arrived on time and, after an inspection, resolved the matter. Matt, explained the work carried out, was professional and friendly. Advice was provided on other matters affecting the door with minor adjustments being made to other internal and external doors.
