Martin is very friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. When our 16 year old boiler was stopped working, he laid out all the options for us to make an informed choice. We decided to go for a new boiler, and he very quickly arranged the new boiler with a local plumbing suppliers to get things moving. On the day, the installation was seamless. He was tidy, efficient, and took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure he didn’t leave until we were comfortable with the new boiler and how it worked.
