Absolutely dreadful company for getting back to me. Contacted them mid August for a heating issue. Despite insisting I need a heating engineer they sent out an electrician. The electrician confirmed that indeed a heating engineer was the only one who could help. He also explained that the job was straightforward and could be handled with ease. He also explained that the guy responsible was currently away on holiday and would be in touch with the quote on his return. Well, I've been calling for a number of weeks now and still no one has bothered to come back to me. Disgusting customer service.

We have used Martin for installation and servicing. He always arrives on time and explains any work required. Clearly a very experienced heating engineer.

I have used Matin from Sureflow, based in Buxted, on many occasions and have always found him efficient, courteous and professional and knowledgeable.

Martin is very friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. When our 16 year old boiler was stopped working, he laid out all the options for us to make an informed choice. We decided to go for a new boiler, and he very quickly arranged the new boiler with a local plumbing suppliers to get things moving. On the day, the installation was seamless. He was tidy, efficient, and took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure he didn’t leave until we were comfortable with the new boiler and how it worked. I won’t go else where for future plumbing work!
