Replacement of leaking hot water tank and immersion -all done expertly and professionally , Little mess made and follow up provided by Martin

SureFlow Heating attended my property approx. 3 weeks ago (late July 2026) for a 'full repair' costing £420 (invoice available). Within a week the boiler failed again and is now leaking. I have tried to contact SureFlow six times by phone since then - each call went to voicemail with no callback. I have photos of the leak and the original invoice. I am seeking a response to resolve the repair/leak under the original work. I will update this review if the company makes contact and resolves the issue.

Had a new shower tap fitted by Martin which is a great improvement on the old one. A very good job done in a quick time.

Martin was quick to respond to my enquiry and did a fantastic job at repairing our leaking toilet and unblocking our drain.

Sureflow Plumbing & Heating installed a new hot water tank today. The work was carried out efficiently and with very little mess. Despite the hot weather the work was completed in good time.
