There were several areas of damp in the property and they were able to determine that some were existing damp issues that had been resolved. They came up with a solution to damp coming from where the patio had been built above the damp proof course. We are a local, family run Damp Proofing Company who have been running since the late 70's.
For more than 40 years we have specialised in all aspects of Damp Proofing and Timber Preservation works offering a comprehensive service undertaking all remedial works including; Rising Damp, Penetrating Damp, Basement Waterproofing and Condensation Control along with the associated Timber works including; Wood Worm eradication, Wet Rot and Dry Rot Control and all necessary Timber Repairs.
As well as the above works, we do also undertake all aspects of Plastering, Dry Lining and Partitioning, Rendering and Screeding.
