John and Richard have been really pleasant to work with; they were communicative, punctual and had a no nonsense approach that made this type of work seem understandable to a layperson like myself. They were straightforward with their recommendations and were always on time when arriving at the house. The work they did was done very quickly with minimal fuss. Both were also always polite and approachable if I had questions. Overall, definitely would work with SureCure again for similar jobs.

Richard was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. During the initial consultation and survey, he clearly explained the potential damage caused by damp and poor ventilation, as well as why his recommended treatment was necessary. Since the vents were installed, we’ve had no condensation on our windows — the first time that’s happened since we moved in. The difference has been remarkable. Highly recommended. Professional, efficient, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with.

John and Richard did a great job in our house last December. The house has a problem of condensation. They installed passive vents, did a French drain and even fixed the problem with the floor which was caused by the water getting under the house at some point back in time. They are very prompt in communication and very professional. Highly recommend!

There were several areas of damp in the property and they were able to determine that some were existing damp issues that had been resolved. They came up with a solution to damp coming from where the patio had been built above the damp proof course. The work was carried out when booked without any issues and I am happy with the outcome.
