Rang Dan to get a second opinion on a central heating problem regarding a divertor valve fault. He was really helpful over the phone and came over for free the same day to check out the issue. I booked him in for the repair job and boiler service, the work was carried out to a high standard. Dan talked me through the job that had taken place and recommended future improvements if needed. A sensor fault in the boiler later down the line was sorted out by Dan in good time and in a helpful manner. Dan came around to service my boiler but unfortunately I needed a new boiler as it was 15 years old. We discussed the possibility and Dan helped us to decide on which to go for. We booked Dan to come and fit a new boiler . Dan was very knowledgeable on time and very friendly and tidy too. Dan send a email regarding the estimate price .
