Job location: BH14Dan provided exceptional and prompt service. He arrived within an hour of being called, fully explained every part of the fix needed to my leak under the floorboards, fixed it quickly and did all of this with a smile and good humour. Rang Dan to get a second opinion on a central heating problem regarding a divertor valve fault. He was really helpful over the phone and came over for free the same day to check out the issue. I booked him in for the repair job and boiler service, the work was carried out to a high standard. Dan talked me through the job that had taken place and recommended future improvements if needed. A sensor fault in the boiler later down the line was sorted out by Dan in good time and in a helpful manner. Dan came around to service my boiler but unfortunately I needed a new boiler as it was 15 years old. We discussed the possibility and Dan helped us to decide on which to go for. We booked Dan to come and fit a new boiler . Dan was very knowledgeable on time and very friendly and tidy too. Dan send a email regarding the estimate price .
