Jake led work to drain down and remove a radiator, and lift the floor and make pipework modifications for a new cast iron radiator, as well as installing two silent extractor fans. We are so glad we found Jake - he is highly trustworthy and reliable, and so skilled and knowledgeable. Jake is really lovely, friendly and patient and was always seeking the best for us through his advice and work. He did a beautiful job. We would highly recommend Jake - thanks so much!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! The job ended up being way more complicated and complex than originally anticipated due to the age of the property, the tight loft space, and the state of the piping. Despite the many challenges that came up, Jake took all of that in his stride. His obvious expertise, brilliant problem-solving skills, and phenomenally calm, relaxed, and friendly attitude (without any visible frustration, despite having every reason to be frustrated!), made him the perfect person for this job.
