  Wood Floor Fitting

  We appointed SBDS to fit engineered wood floor throughout the downstairs of our home, having previously used SBDS successfully for several other projects. SBDS were very professional and first used levelling compound to achieve a perfectly level floor throughout, before fitting the wood flooring to a very high standard. Simon was great to deal with throughout the process, and accommodated several additional aspects and changes at short notice. Simon is a pleasure to have around and we will certainly engage SBDS again for future projects, which we are already considering.

  Bathroom renovation 10/10! *F*I*V*E* - star rating.

  I recently had a bathroom done and I couldn't be happier with the results! I showed Simon a video of my dream bathroom featuring Italian turquoise blue onyx tile, and he completely transformed my old, outdated space into something fresh and new. Simon's ability to capture my vision perfectly. He managed to fit both a bath and a shower into a small space, which I didn't think was possible!   Bedroom and stairway way plastering service.

  I recently hired Simon from superior buildings to replaster my bedroom and stairway. I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and provided a clear and competitive quote. He arrived on time, were respectful of my home, and worked diligently to complete the job within the agreed timeframe. The quality of the plastering is outstanding – smooth, even, and with perfect attention to detail around tricky areas like light fittings and corners.   Single storey extension

  100% recommended. Simon from SDBS managed our extension project from drawing the plans for Building Regulations approval through to complete project management of all aspects of the build. He managed the team of contractors seamlessly (electrician, plumber, bricklayer, carpenter and roofer) ensuring all delivered the same high standards of workmanship, courtesy and professionalism as SDBS. From the outset, we received excellent communication and a detailed project plan with timelines for all aspects of the build. And every challenge was met with a reassuring positive 'can do' attitude.

  Office Extension

  We had an amazing experience with Builder Simon as he has understand our requirement correctly and give us the best competitive rate to carry out the work at our office. He is very professional person I must say as he completed work as per our exact requirement. He used all good quality of material to build our new extended office.   Removal of interior wall, adding door into garage and plastering

  We were really happy with the work done by Simon of Superior Building Development Services Everything went smoothly from start to finish – they were professional and easy to work with. We had quite abit of work done and would use them again for anymore work needed in the future. Simon was especially great. He's really meticulous and works hard.
