We appointed SBDS to fit engineered wood floor throughout the downstairs of our home, having previously used SBDS successfully for several other projects. SBDS were very professional and first used levelling compound to achieve a perfectly level floor throughout, before fitting the wood flooring to a very high standard. Simon was great to deal with throughout the process, and accommodated several additional aspects and changes at short notice. Simon is a pleasure to have around and we will certainly engage SBDS again for future projects, which we are already considering.

I recently had a bathroom done and I couldn't be happier with the results! I showed Simon a video of my dream bathroom featuring Italian turquoise blue onyx tile, and he completely transformed my old, outdated space into something fresh and new. Simon's ability to capture my vision perfectly. He managed to fit both a bath and a shower into a small space, which I didn't think was possible! I recently hired Simon from superior buildings to replaster my bedroom and stairway. I couldn't be happier with the results.
