  Professional work carried out with great efficiency.

  We had some replacement of tiles carried out by Summit. The work was far more extensive than we first thought. The quote given clearly identified the work that would be carried out and when it would start. The work was carried out very efficiently and professionally and in the time given. The price quoted was what we paid. The standard of work carried out was excellent and dealing with Leighton and his work colleagues could not have been better. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them.

  Installation of new roof, chimney repointed and capped and loft stripped and insulated

  Leighton and his team were amazing, from the first contact through to completion really couldn’t be happier. Communication was great and most importantly they always turned up as planned. The work is immaculate and has made a huge difference to our house. They cleaned up and removed all waste. Couldn’t recommend Leighton and his team enough!

  Smartest Roof!

  We had Leighton come over for a quote earlier in the year after purchasing our new home. He looked at the Kitchen Extension roof and quickly quoted for a 3-layer felt replacement. When Summit Seal team arrived, they quickly got to work, removing the old patch-work flat roof, removing the old fire hazard boards and completely transforming the Kitchen Extension to a smart-looking, brand new flat roof. Now with soffits, facia and draining that looks beautiful. All the work was professionally done, all rubbish cleared and I thank them all for their wonderful work!

  Replacement felt roof.

  Competitive price. A really good and thorough job despite some challenging weather. Nothing too much trouble. All rubbish taken away. Property left clean and tidy. No money changed hands until job completed to our satisfaction.
