We required a repair to a leaking flat roof,Leighton came straight away and gave a competitive quote which we excepted.Work was carried out a week later to a high standard leaving the area clean and tidy.

Competitive price. A really good and thorough job despite some challenging weather. Nothing too much trouble. All rubbish taken away. Property left clean and tidy. No money changed hands until job completed to our satisfaction.

Other companies wasted our time with unrealistic quotes, so we chose Summit Seal. Work started soon after and the team completed the new roof within a week. The crew were friendly, professional, and delivered excellent quality. When hidden issues appeared, Leighton explained the problem and costs immediately so it could be fixed right away. A reliable, professional team that I would happily recommend and use again.

I was wary about hiring roofers but i didn't need to be with Summit. The job was carried out very professionally, great bunch of guys and kept me up to date with everything that needed to be done and the timelines. Very pleasant, punctual guys and tidied up after themselves. There is nothing I can fault, I would definitely recommend and I already have.
