Mark did a fantastic job installing our new boiler. Right away, he noticed a potential gas leak and took the time to thoroughly investigate it before proceeding. It turned out the issue was with our gas hob, which he quickly identified and fixed. He worked tirelessly all day without stopping. I'm really grateful to Mark for being so honest with me. I reached out via checkatrade and provided details of the issues we were having with sounds/banging coming from pipes under floorboards. After sending some videos and diagnosis, Mark explained that I'm best doing the fix by myself and provided thorough details of what to do and which materials to use.
