After sending some videos and diagnosis, Mark explained that I'm best doing the fix by myself and provided thorough details of what to do and which materials to use. Great service! From initial contact to the end of the job, Mark was professional. He communicated promptly throughout the process. On the installation day, he arrived on time and got a lot of work done to ensure that the house had heating before the end of the day. We had Mark in for a boiler service and smart thermostat installation. Mark was punctual and efficient, and completed the job to the highest standard. He kept us involved throughout, showing us how things worked etc and was more than happy to answer any questions we asked. Very smooth payment process also and sends all relevant documentation to you there and then via email. All in all, professional worker and top man, will be using regularly from now on and will be recommending to all of my family and friends.
