  Dave is a master of his craft and an absolute pleasure to do business with. My call to him to rectify rotting timbers was dealt with as a matter of urgency and the advice I received to replace facias and soffits was very clear and very professional. The work was carried out diligently by Dave and Aaron and the quality is exemplary. I am delighted with the results and will have no hesitation in using his services again in the future.

  We had a very quick response from Dave at Summit Essex. Dave and his assistant Aaron arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were very professional and friendly. They completed the job in a day as they said they would. We felt that we received good value for our money. They took all the rubbish away and left the outside clean and tidy. We would highly recommend them.
