Dave was recommended to me by a neighbour and I am very grateful for that recommendation. He fitted cladding to the front of our house and the result looks fantastic. Despite battling against wet weather and the unusual design of our house, he overcame the conditions and finished the work in the planned timescale. Knowledgeable, professional, conscientious and with an eye for detail which only comes with experience. Very highly recommended.

Excellent experience, skilled and professional job, one minor issue with the lock sent by the manufacturer but that was resolved without any hassle and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Dave is a master of his craft and an absolute pleasure to do business with. My call to him to rectify rotting timbers was dealt with as a matter of urgency and the advice I received to replace facias and soffits was very clear and very professional. We had a very quick response from Dave at Summit Essex. Dave and his assistant Aaron arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were very professional and friendly. They completed the job in a day as they said they would. We felt that we received good value for our money. They took all the rubbish away and left the outside clean and tidy. We would highly recommend them.
