  Customer service was excellent. Efficient troubleshooting leading to installation of new oil boiler. Nothing was too much trouble - I think I was an awkward customer due to presence of several pets and the necessity to move things around to accommodate the new boiler - first rate and very cheerful throughout!

  New oil tank on concrete base.

  Mark went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we had heating and oil over Christmas putting in a temporary tank . Arranged old tank to be taken out and permanent oil tank etc to be put in and new base put down as soon as he could. Tina in the office was very polite and helpful and Ray and Ryan installed new tank and base. The whole team were polite and friendly and very professional. Thank you.

  New oil boiler

  Jack and Ryan did a great job installing our new grant oil boiler. They were on time, courteous and cleaned up the site perfectly. Suffolk oil solutions managed to fit us in two months earlier than originally quoted and we are so happy and grateful to them. Would absolutely recommend.
