  Subsidence Review

  What an amazing company! Sanjay was an actual life saver for us! We are selling our house and the buyer commissioned a survey which came back with horrendous feedback including potential subsidence. We were beside ourselves on what to do! Turned to Matt via Checkatrade who came back with a quote to come and do a site visit and a report. Sanjay the structural engineer was in touch straight away. Within minutes he reassured us! His expertise was second to none. The whole process was quick and easy! Highly recommended for their professionalism and affordability! Can’t thank you both enough!

  I told them what wanted doing and was advised of the procedure and what I needed to do. The structural engineer came out promptly and followed up with a detailed diagram for the builder and report. It was a prompt, efficient service with great communication every step of the way. I was really pleased with the service and would highly recommend. Thank you for all your help and support. It was very much appreciated!

  Can’t praise the work and Matt and Said enough really, the work and the approach was 10/10 I’d give more ratings if I could, Exceptionally professional and dedicated to there work and with after care of the customer, I’d honestly recommend this company and guys to any one doing anything to do with construction to home or business great 10/10 service , The price they charged id happily had paid a lot more.
