From start to finish, StructSpectrum were a pleasure to deal with! They responded to my request promptly and with a comprehensive quote. They are very competetively priced and assigned me a structural engineer instantly, who visited the property at a convenient time for myself. He was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and very helpful! He not only explained everything to me clearly on the day, but created a detailed report which was sent to me shortly afterwards. We used StructSpectrum as we are looking to remove a wall in the bedroom to open up an unused cupboard space and we weren't sure whether the wall was load bearing or not. SS have been super helpful throughout. I can't fault their turnaround time from their initial response to my query, right through to me receiving the structural report and plans the day after the site visit.
