  Used Structspectrum for structural advice and calculations for a chimney breast removal. Really happy with the service from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the work was turned around quickly and the drawings and calculations were easy to understand. Very knowledgeable and professional throughout. Would definitely recommend Structspectrum for any structural work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  I needed a structural engineer to inspect a property and wasn’t sure where to start. This company made the whole process easy and stress-free. The team were friendly, professional, and arranged access directly with the estate agents. I contacted them on a Saturday evening, and the inspection was completed the following Friday. The report was clear, thorough, and easy to understand. Excellent communication, fast turnaround, and outstanding customer service throughout. Highly recommended!

  I’m really happy with the service from StrucSpectrum. From the initial contact through to the site visit and receiving the report, everything was straightforward and handled very efficiently. The site visit was arranged quickly, and the engineer took the time to properly understand what we were planning to do and what we needed from the structural side of the project. The report was also completed and sent over promptly, which was really helpful as we’re trying to keep the work moving. I particularly appreciated how everything was explained clearly and in plain language. I’m not a structural engineer, so having someone who could explain what was needed without making things unnecessarily complicated made a big difference. Overall, StrucSpectrum provided a professional, efficient and friendly service. I’m very pleased with the experience and would happily recommend them to anyone needing structural engineering work.

  localised structural survey on our house

  We used StructSpectrum for a targeted structural engineering survey on our house. From the outset, communication was incredible, including throughout the job and also after. This made a big difference - Martin was very reassuring and the team carried out the work whilst we were away. The report provided arrived straight away and was excellent. I would strongly recommend getting in touch with StructSpectrum if you need work doing. 11/10.
