Great experience with this company. Super quick response time and had an engineer round the same morning I enquired. We had a right timeline with our house move but Janaka and Martin handled everything efficiently and professionally. The structural engineer's report was good quality and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others.

The survey was done quickly and professionally and the report given back to us in about 48 hours. The report was very comprehensive and detailed, enough so to satisfy Building Control, and the builders. Further, I requested additional information that wasn’t on the original survey and this was quickly answered to my full satisfaction.

The process was quick and the report was clear with evidence and reasoning which addressed my concerns and allows the house buying process to continue.

Excellent communication and support throughout the process. They were able to take on board our needs and ease concerns we had by showing they understood exactly what was required. They also were able to organise the inspection very quickly. Highly recommend.
