Martin is excellent — very responsive, clear, and incredibly helpful. As a first‑time buyer, I was overwhelmed by the survey findings and the remedial work required, but Martin explained everything in simple terms and guided me through the whole process. He arranged the second inspection and the remedial quote quickly, while other companies didn’t even reply to my emails. Highly recommended. Even though the firm is based in Manchester, they have teammates covering the London area and the service was outstanding.
