  This is the second time I have used Straight There and the experience proved as painless as the first time - the 2 removal men were brilliant: punctual, cheerful and very speedy! The first time I moved I had 3 quotes and chose Straight There, this time I only approached Straight There and would have no doubts about approaching them again in the future. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a stress-free moving experience - from getting a quote, having the boxes delivered to the actual move day, they are worth every penny! Thank you - if only unpacking was as painless!

  Home removal and packing service

  Thank you to Stuart, Darren, Trevor and the Straight There Ltd team without whom we could not have had such a smooth transition into our new home a few weeks ago. They kindly provided us with a packing and removals service. Throughout the whole process they demonstrated, honesty, good time keeping, courteousness and overall were a friendly helpful team especially on moving day which can be stressful. The entire process was completed as discussed through our thorough initial call. They showed attention to detail and care when moving objects. I would highly recommend their services. Thanks.

  Cannot express how much we were impressed with this company. From start to finish the experience was great. On moving day the guys were professional, efficient and didn’t stop until everything was off the van and we were happy. This was a move to a different county but it didn’t seem to make any difference to the guys who were just outstanding. Thank you

  House move from Dudley to Wales

  I went with these guys for my recent move to Wales from Dudley Positives: - Really cheap compared to the competition - £420 cheaper than any other quotes we got - Early to the pickup address and worked very efficiently - Owned their own vehicles, which a lot of other companies don't - Super flexible during the booking process Negatives: - We had 2 extra guys for loading in the morning and one of those two extras had definitely smoked a joint before arriving - Caused some damage to furniture and the walls of both houses when moving, though it was less than I expected Would use again overall!

  Bad House Move

  In short do not use. Damaged items, 1 mirror repaired after 3 months they have had another item for 9 months, still waiting for it to be repaired or returned. Difficult to get hold of, I suspect they ignore my number now! Christ the owner keeps apologising, stating they are "not geared up to handle repairs".
