    Managed to accommodate me at the last minute, both men very professional & friendly, took care in all my items & wrapped furniture up to prevent marks / damage and even removed an extra item that wasn’t on the list for me

    Damaged Item

    We used this company to move homes in May 2026. On the day of moving their staff accidentally broke a living room mirror. Since then despite numerous requests to claim on their insurance as their staff broke the item, this company has done and tried everything including lies of offering to repair on their day (did not happen) not to resolve or compensate us for their mistake and 8 weeks on we are now at the point of taking this legal. It is now the principle of the matter and how they have dealt with the situation, not the value of the item. We paid them we move our items safely, they didnt!

    Reliable and Professional service

    Really professional moving company. Fair price and great customer service. Service starts with a proper quote, Chris (owner) coming round in person to access the move cost, then dates agreed. Darren and his team then arrived early and had everything packed by 10:30am (7.5 ton lorry) - everything then moved in by 3pm! Amazing! Great Lads - highly recommended.

    Moving Home

    Quite simply a faultless service. Chris took his time to attend the house to give an accurate quote rather than just an estimate over the phone as other companies offered. Lisa was in regular contact to ensure everything would run smoothly. The lads on the day, Azza and Luke, were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. They were polite, thorough and professional. They made the impossible possible. I couldn’t recommend this company more.

    We had such a positive experience with Straight There Ltd from start to finish. The whole team has been lovely to deal with. Jamie and Luke arrived on time and carried out their work efficiently, which made the process smooth and stress free.
