His communication, punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail were second to none. From the initial assessment through to resolving the issue, I felt completely reassured. Phil and his team arrived when agreed, gave good advice on the hearth choice. The team were very tidy and efficient. Just waiting now for the heatas certificate. Which I understand will arrive in a weeks time.
