After being thoroughly disappointed by the original installation of our log burner less than four years ago, working with Phil was a breath of fresh air. His communication, punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail were second to none. From the initial assessment through to resolving the issue, I felt completely reassured. Even after the work was completed, he has continued to respond to my questions with patience and care.

Phil and his team arrived when agreed, gave good advice on the hearth choice. The team were very tidy and efficient. Just waiting now for the heatas certificate. Which I understand will arrive in a weeks time. I would definitely be used Phil again for the beam and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a stove fitted.
