fixing a leak in the hot water heating system and also fitting a replacement shower pump.

Luke did a fantastic job, with clear and friendly communication along the way. He gave a fixed quote in advance and kept the fee the same even though he needed to use his own flexible hoses and new stopcock to complete the work fitting the new shower pump.

    Shower mixer replacement

Luke is very professional plumber. Quick and easy replacement - when it was very urgent, he was able to do the work before Bank Holiday weekend. I will definitely keep his details for any future work. Thank you for sorting us out!

Paid this plumber to carry out the repair work for my shower drainage pipe but he didn't solved the problem. I was unable to use the shower room until it get fixed, it's nightmare! He will charge 2nd fee again. The arrangement for the 2nd work keep on delaying with some excuses & the communication throughout was not great. After waiting for nearly 2 weeks, I gave up because he's no intention to do the work at all.

    Response from Stone Plumbing Services

I’m sorry, I did turn up, but this issue wasn’t anything to do with me. You had your bathroom installed by another plumber and he installed the drainage pipes completely wrong. I tried to fix the issue but he hadn’t given the pipes enough fall for the water to drain properly. I advised for you to go back to that plumber and get him to rectify it as it is a big job. You then wanted a new drain on council Land i then advised you to contact the council for approval. I can’t just install drains on council property without approval.
