  Re leveled the entire house and put parquet flooring back down

  I hired RE to level and relay my flooring, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The work is poor — the floor is still uneven, worse than before, despite being sold as level with a one-year warranty. The job was not completed, and the entire downstairs was left unfinished. Prices kept increasing, timelines were missed with delay after delay, and it was lies after lies throughout the project. They demanded the remaining payment before continuing, which was paid, yet they still did not return. They left rubbish, damaged the stairs, broke my screens (never replaced), even took my tools

  Poor work

  Terrible job and poor time keeping skills. The work is not one of a professional it's awful. Original quote include floor removal and was increased based on square footage he claimed was larger than I had stated. However, he did not remove the old floor and told us it would be better laid on top of existing flooring. At the end I pointed out the square footage was correct based on the amount of material left but he refused to take less because it took a long time. Very unprofessional. I will have to get it all redone.

  Click vinyl flooring

  Click vinyl for hallway which was agreed to be completed in a day, with start time of 8am. However, the builder did not arrive until after midday to then have left around 5pm. Promised to return first thing in the morning to complete the job and said they would be back at 8am the next day. They didn’t arrive to complete the work until after 11am. I then came home to find that they had recklessly cut the planks which are all uneven and the silicone work around the edges is extremely poor that I now need to get another builder to fix!!! Communication extremely poor, even added on extra costs!

  Response: Thank you for your review. I need to clarify several points, as this does not accurately reflect the situation. The agreed timescale was affected by on-site conditions, access, and repeated interruptions during the work. Throughout the job, there were ongoing complaints regarding noise from a neighbouring property, and I was also spoken to rudely by a family member present at the property, which made completing the work more difficult than it should have been. Any additional works and associated costs were discussed before proceeding.

  He did an excellent job on my home flooring. The result looks amazing everything is perfectly done. He really took his time to make sure every detail was right, and the quality of his work shows. I’m very happy with how beautiful the flooring looks now. Will book him next time.
