  STM Maintenance undertook a full redecoration of my flat which suffered from considerable damp and mould damage. The work was carried out to the highest standard with solutions provided to prevent the problem reoccurring. Every request was dealt with rapidly and very professionally.

  High quality finish and good consultation throughout

  Had a hallway redecoration done. Initial consult was honest in terms of what would be appropriate and gave options and quotes. They noted that they would not be cheapest. During work, communication and care (as we have a little one in the house) was very good and kept us up to date with what was going on and issues they were seeing (we planned to replaster but existing was very damaged which slowed project). Work continued a day beyond expected timetable but was due to high quality rather than any other issues. Very happy with the experience and would work with them again

  External wall repair, repointing and repainting

  Charlie and his team, Thomas and John were excellent. The thing that really singles this company out is the great communication. We felt in touch with all aspects of the project and really listened to. Charlie had a clear overview of the job, and Thomas and John were hardworking, thorough and diligent. We will be using STMaintenance again and are happy to recommend them.
