As a Property Manager for a large firm, we have used ST Maintenance for around a year and they have carried out several small and large jobs for us over the months. I always find their communication to be excellent, work standard is high, they take a lot of care and attention to detail with each and every job. Charlie the Director is a pleasure to work with and all of our tenants and landlords have been very happy with the works they have done, at very competitive prices. Highly recommend!

We had to do a series of ceiling repaints as well as reinstalling floorboards in our kitchen after a major leak from the flat upstairs. Charlie and the team have been exceptional in their service. The job was done perfectly with no mess whatsoever. They are very neat and take pride in their finishing. Highly recommend them and will surely be my go-to for any maintenance work.
