St Maintenance did some big refurbishment work in our flat. The work was spot on, price was fair and usefully disaggregated by item, and communication very good throughout the process. Charlie, the director, is kind, responsive and honest. Highly recommend.

There are too many companies on this site which get 9/10 10/10 reviews but don't deserve it, this one absolutely deserves the 10/10 I've had the team down completely redecorating my house and fencing my garden. From start to finish, pure professionalism and high quality work. The team are friendly and because it's a smaller company, you are in direct communication with those who are doing the work. None of this "I don't know when I'm coming down you need to ring the office" talk. I've gone for cheapest option in the past and regret it, I'm glad I gave St Maintenance a chance instead

STM Maintenance undertook a full redecoration of my flat which suffered from considerable damp and mould damage. The work was carried out to the highest standard with solutions provided to prevent the problem reoccurring. Every request was dealt with rapidly and very professionally.

Had a hallway redecoration done. Initial consult was honest in terms of what would be appropriate and gave options and quotes. They noted that they would not be cheapest. During work, communication and care (as we have a little one in the house) was very good and kept us up to date with what was going on and issues they were seeing (we planned to replaster but existing was very damaged which slowed project). Work continued a day beyond expected timetable but was due to high quality rather than any other issues. Very happy with the experience and would work with them again
