Sam fitted our Log Burner several years ago and comes back to sweep the flue and maintain the burner annually. He and Nicola were, from the start, and ever since, have been a pleasure to deal with. They keep you informed of dates and times and let you know immediately if anything changes and ensure it’s still ok. Sam leaves the room as he finds it with zero mess left and is always happy to chat through any questions I might have. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of getting a log burner installed or simply having their chimney swept. Great people.

Sam and his wife Nichola run an amazing business. Well organised, efficient and highly knowledgeable, Sam made the job of installing our new chimney liner, clean and quick. Our wood burner is now running so much better. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Really pleased with the stove installation by STK Stoves and Chimneys. Sam, the HETAS registered installer, was punctual, knowledgeable and worked very neatly — everything was explained clearly and the finish is spot on. He also took the time to talk through options and gave genuinely helpful advice on which stove would best suit my needs, rather than trying to upsell. Sam did a great job installing a new log burner and removing the old fire which was surrounded by cement filler. Great communication, hearth options recommended and stove choices, what to look for and which brands he recommends and even a discount code for a couple of websites. Special mention to Nicola, Sam’s wife who runs the operational side for answering loads of questions and being very thorough and helpful in organising everything. Sam was referred to me by local friends and I would definitely recommend his services now having work done
