We used STK to replace our existing log burner. Sam came round to advise us, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and, having sourced a replacement, then installed it. He, and his wife Nicola, are both lovely people. They made the whole process painless, the installation was quick and clean leaving us as very happy customers. Thoroughly professional from start to finish, there is no substitute for experience and Sam has plenty of that. Everything happened on time and there was a complete lack of mess which was very impressive.
