Who We Are:

Sterling Timber and Damp has been established since the 1970’s and in that time has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in the remedial and restoration processes meaning we provide high quality service that is tailored to your needs

Our Services:

• Rising Damp - Rising damp (or Salt Damp) is something that affects most older buildings to some degree or another, potentially leading to major structural problems
• Condensation - We provide positive ventilation solutions to condensation and damp problems. We only supply and fit the best systems on the market
• Woodworm Treatment - Woodworm is more than just one problem; the term referring to the larvae of any wood-boring beetle. They invade and consume wood
• Dry Rot - Particularly in older buildings, fungal rotting can be a huge problem. There are many variations, but all stem from the same source
• Rendering - We provide both exterior and interior rendering services. Exterior rendering is used to reduce the amount of moisture that gets through to the masonry
• Listed Buildings - We provide services relating to Listed Buildings including maintenance and preservation. Each building requires individual assessing and we can offer assistance and advice.
