Jim completed treatment on an area of rising damp in our house as well as fitting some condensation units in the bathroom and kitchen to prevent areas of damp build up. He was very helpful and provided updates to us regularly on his progress or any issues. We really appreciated his flexibility in being able to work around our other deadlines and requirements. Jim was very knowledgable and able to give us good advice.

Jim conducted a damp survey for us. He was polite and professional, arriving on time and taking the time to talk us through probable causes and solutions fully. Jim took care to provide accurate advice, and his honesty will end up saving us a lot of money, so it was much appreciated.

Jim came to the house on time to give a quote to spray the roof timbers and joists in our 500 year old listed building. With his experience, he was able to give a quote immediately which I was happy to accept. He gave me excellent advice about protective clothing and the logistics of moving the insulation so he had access to all the timbers. Jim then made two visits as I moved the insulation from one side of the roof to the other, Job jobbed! And I paid a little extra for an insurance backed guarantee to show possible purchasers when we eventually sell up.

Jim was exceptional. The most honest and helpful bloke I've spoken to. Jim spent 20 minutes walking me through his advice over the phone first. At my request he came round for a formal inspection. Again, walking me through his experience and why he was doing everything. Top service. Very experience. 10/10
