10 Install water softener

Had a fantastic experience with Sterling Softeners. The engineer who visited for the assessment and installation was clearly highly experienced and very knowledgeable—he explained everything thoroughly and conducted himself with complete professionalism. We couldn’t be happier with the water softener he recommended. The difference in water quality before and after is honestly shocking. Our only regret is not having done it sooner. Sterling Softeners have been brilliant throughout - helpful and very efficient in all that they do from servicing my old softener to helping me through the process of installing a new one when the old one finally died. We have had a Harvey water softener for around 25 years. Sterling refurbished it about 14 years ago and now it has been time for a complete replacement. They were able to test the existing machine, diagnose the issue and provide a competitive quote for replacement very quickly. Sterling delivered this installation extremely quickly, with excellent communication and service. They were accommodating and helpful throughout. Shak who fit the system is a very capable plumber, whose work was tidy and fast. He was also willing to look at our system as a whole, checking taps and showers. Installation of new Water Softener. Work carried out on Tuesday 4th Feb. The installer (plumber) was excellent. Had to redesign some of the pipework needed and did a really great job. Nothing was too much trouble and the job completed in 3 hours. All paperwork and invoicing done promptly with checks from office to make sure all was ok.
