    New Water Softener

    We have had a Harvey water softener for around 25 years. Sterling refurbished it about 14 years ago and now it has been time for a complete replacement. They were able to test the existing machine, diagnose the issue and provide a competitive quote for replacement very quickly. Their staff appear to be knowledgeable and are efficient and tidy up at each visit!

    Water softener fitted in the kitchen.

    Sterling delivered this installation extremely quickly, with excellent communication and service. They were accommodating and helpful throughout. Shak who fit the system is a very capable plumber, whose work was tidy and fast. He was also willing to look at our system as a whole, checking taps and showers. I highly recommend this company and installer combination. I am very pleased.

    Water Softener

    Installation of new Water Softener. Work carried out on Tuesday 4th Feb. The installer (plumber) was excellent. Had to redesign some of the pipework needed and did a really great job. Nothing was too much trouble and the job completed in 3 hours. All paperwork and invoicing done promptly with checks from office to make sure all was ok. Follow up due in 3 weeks time.

    New Water Softener Installed

    From the first call made to Sterling Softeners office, I was deal with politely and advised on the way forward. Estimate speedily received with a date when work could commence. The engineer arrived on time on the date given, he was very polite and professional. Work was carried to a high standard, once work was competed was advised of the work undertaken and explained how the softener worked. Very impressed that there is a two week follow up visit, to ensure the water softener is working correctly. Sterling Softener are therefore highly recommended

    Fixing our water softener

    Used Sterling Softeners for the first time based on positive reviews as we needed a repair for our water softener. What a great local firm! The guy who turned up was respectful of our property by removing his shoes, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and we are really happy with the resulting repair and advice we received. Would definitely recommend and use Sterling Softeners again!
