Excellent service from both advice, sorting and installation - really took care to make sure everything was all ok and what a real nice touch of a follow up curtesy visit a few weeks later. If you want soft water in your house do not go anywhere else

The engineer who visited for the assessment and installation was clearly highly experienced and very knowledgeable—he explained everything thoroughly and conducted himself with complete professionalism. We couldn’t be happier with the water softener he recommended. The difference in water quality before and after is honestly shocking. Our only regret is not having done it sooner. Sterling Softeners have been brilliant throughout - helpful and very efficient in all that they do from servicing my old softener to helping me through the process of installing a new one when the old one finally died. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
