Great Service. I live in a hard water area and needed a new water softener to replace my old one. They came out quickly and recommended a good system to replace my old one that would be effective for the size of my house. The installation was quick, clean and very well done. The new system was setup in a nice and tidy location and topping up with salt is very easy to do. Would highly recommend Sterling Softeners if you live in a hard water and are looking to install a water softener

From enquiry to site visit was about a day and the face to face discussions were extremely informative, unbiassed and in some depth. Nick both informed and also listened and we received a reasonable quote. We mulled all this over and of course got two other very similar product quotes. Sterling was the best both in being reasonably pitched and for the advice given. The actual installation was quickly handled, fast and very efficient. We were kept informed very efficiently throughout the entire process. A very good friendly and efficient service was given. Definitely recommended.

Genuinely exceptional from my first phone call all the way through to commissioning and beyond. I was very impressed with the water installation service. The installer was extremely friendly, polite, and respectful of our home. He took great care to keep the kitchen and surrounding areas clean throughout the job, showing real awareness of being in someone else’s house. He was pleasant to talk to and explained everything clearly, making the whole process easy to understand. I would highly recommend his service!
