Excellent service! Very professional, punctual, and did a great job.

I was very impressed with the water installation service. The installer was extremely friendly, polite, and respectful of our home. He took great care to keep the kitchen and surrounding areas clean throughout the job, showing real awareness of being in someone else’s house. He was pleasant to talk to and explained everything clearly, making the whole process easy to understand. I would highly recommend his service!

Delighted with service received today from Sterling Softeners. We had an Harvey Minimax Innova softener installed by an excellent, efficient and polite engineer. Was a challenging installation location but was carried out without fuss, after completion of installation was given a thorough briefing and help in installing the app, there will be a follow up visit in about three weeks time to ensure that everything is working perfectly.

Excellent service from both advice, sorting and installation - really took care to make sure everything was all ok and what a real nice touch of a follow up curtesy visit a few weeks later. If you want soft water in your house do not go anywhere else
