Many of our clients come via Estate Agents, when buyers have received a home buyer or mortgage report highlighting damp issues and/or timber infestation. We will inspect the property and provide (within 24 hours) a comprehensive report/drawing with recommendations for remedial treatment and quotation.
As members of the DPA (Damp Proofing Association), property inspections are undertaken by a PCA Qualified Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment (C.S.R.T.) and all work is carried out by time-served, operatives to Damp-proofing and Timber Preservation Treatment Industry Standards of Best Practice using approved methods and materials. On completion of work and receipt of full payment we issue an industry standard 10 years warranty. Through our link with the DPA, we can offer further Insurance backed Guarantees available from GPI (Guarantee Protection Insurance).
