Very happy with the work and attitude of the tradesmen. Only issue was the start date moved a couple of times.

Quoted for damp treatment which was so extortionate our mortgage company would not use the report. We then got further quotes from two PCA registered companies for ~£4000. When asking if there may have been a mix up in quotes, they refused to look into it. When we complained, they later emailed saying their quote was reasonable on a house valued at £1m (ours is actually £340k!). Avoid at all costs.

The gentleman who came to look at the problem explained what was causing the dampness in the house. It was not rising damp, as I had been told by two other companies, but condensation and recommended I had a Humidistat fitted in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The men who came out to do the work were very careful not to make any mess in the house and were extremely polite. Problem now solved!

Very professional and punctual work to the exterior of my hotel. Communication very good while the work was carried out.
