Steamy Windows gave a competitive quote on the phone when first contacted, then arranged a further measure-up meeting at our home. I was impressed that the first thing he did was to get shoe covers on before entering our home. Once the broken window had been measured, he fully explained the lead times and the subsequent process. Once the replacement unit was available, we were contacted and a fitting date arranged. Peter was very conscientious during the fitting and was flexible over how the bill should be paid.

Peter was unable to fit one of the three units due to be replaced because our plantation shutters on that window were obstructing. He returned on a second occasion at the same time as the shutter technician and when the shutter was removed Peter replaced the final window. I was not charged for the second trip,. He carefully cleaned up after wards. All in all it was in the end a very smooth experience. I would strongly recommend him.

I had several Double Glazed Units replaced by Steamy Windows. Mr Gee and Tom did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They were very professional, friendly and left everything clean and tidy. I will definitely use again.

Superb service from Peter. We needed to replace a window & install a cat flap into a French door. Peter was in contact quickly, gave a great price & completed the work professionally taking great care of my property & wore protective boot covers. Highly recommended & I would only use this company in the future.
