  Initially contacted this company for an ongoing problem with a badly leaking gutter, which other trades hadn't been able to rectify. They were the only company to reply, & responded very quickly to attend the property for an initial quote. The underlying issues found on inspection were more serious than expected, resulting in replacement of the entire old (circa 1875) roof. John fitted in the job to his busy schedule & kept me informed about progress. Communication was good with numerous photos & the job was completed in good time. A 25 year guarantee was also provided.

  The tradesman was prompt to reach out, requested pictures about the job before advancing any quote. We had a couple of phone calls and agreed to a quote which was exactly what was charged, even though there was an additional tile to fix on the roof. Overall, an excellent and timely job with very polite and knowledgeable professional. Very satisfied and will look forward to future business with them.
