The tradesman was prompt to reach out, requested pictures about the job before advancing any quote. We had a couple of phone calls and agreed to a quote which was exactly what was charged, even though there was an additional tile to fix on the roof. Overall, an excellent and timely job with very polite and knowledgeable professional. Very satisfied and will look forward to future business with them.

I wanted a repair to leaking guttering. They found it was broken and took photos to show me. They arranged to come back another day to fit new guttering after measuring up. They came but did not have all the parts required so the job took much longer than expected as they had to collect more parts. They were polite and kept us informed of everything. The completed job is good. No more leaks.
