10 External Wall Insulation to semi detached house

I’m absolutely thrilled with the external wall insulation and silicone rendering carried out by this company. The work was finished on time, within budget, and to an excellent standard. The team was professional, efficient, and took great care throughout. They kept everything tidy and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Job location: W12SWI provided a competitive quote. We agreed a date, which they kept to. They did the work efficiently and effectively. Mess was kept to a minimum. They provided a manufacturer’s warranty for the insulation system used. Very impressed.10 Reinstallation of Insulation

My property is a new build conversion from an Old Barn, and after moving in it became quickly apparent that there was poor and in some areas non-existent insulation! After approaching several companies, Joe and the team were the only people who actually cared and were up for taking on the job. Within in a week they had completely removed all pre-existing walls and insultation, installed new insultation, reinstalled walls and plastered! Not an easy task in rooms with pitches and Grade 2 listed beams! Joe at Staywarm was an excellent communicator, answering many queries in a friendly and supportive way. When we lost our first builders (and our deposit), Staywarm were very accommodating and kind in completing over half the work without charging upfront. David and his team were extremely helpful and skilled in removing pebbledash, attaching the mineral wool insulation, brick slips and render and we felt very safe hands as he liaised with the windows company in working out how the complex detail of how the new windows world fit. What is Spray Foam
Spray foam insulation is a liquid foam which is sprayed into position and sets into an insulating layer. It can be used to insulate your roof, loft, walls, floors and more.
Air moves in and out of a home through every hole, crack, and crevice.
Spray foam seals your building envelope to stop conditioned indoor air from escaping and prevent unconditioned air from entering a home.
Spray foam insulation is a better insulator than the conventional insulation types such as mineral wool, celotex loft insulation.
According to National Insulation Association, 100mm of spray foam is equivalent to around 170mm thick of conventional insulation.
