    Karim is brilliant. He gave great advice that really helped when buying my property. I’ve sincere gone back to him several times and he’s been extremely responsive and generous with his time.     I had a fantastic experience with Karim at Stay Steel. I required a report from a structural engineer for my mortgage application, and from the beginning he listened to exactly what I needed and advised me and kept me informed along the way. I was even sent the full report quickly, on a weekend, despite the site visit being on a Friday! I highly recommend.

    Karim was really quick to reply and very helpful. The job was carried out on a house I was trying to buy and the work was completed quickly with a really fast turn around on the report. The really detailed report I received helped me make the best decision on how to proceed. Karim stayed in touch throughout and made the whole thing painless. I’ll definitely use them again if needed and happy to recommend to anyone needing a structural engineer
