    Karim is a fantastic structural engineer who is both extremely knowledgeable and very communicative. He has been great to work with from the start right through the entirety of the project. He is friendly and communicative which makes the project so much smoother. I would highly recommend Karim and I look forward to working with him on any future project.

    Karim was wonderful. Our project is just at the beginning and involves altering a lot of the internals of an unusual building. Karim has not only added to the passion we have for our vision but also provided alternatives for what we might or might not uncover on our journey. With Karim we have now taken the first vital step.     Structural Engineering Report

    We engaged Karim to do a structural engineer's report, following a structural survey for a house we were buying. Karim had good communication throughout, was very knowledgable on the day, and gave lots of good advice. The report was turned around very quickly, and gave us support and confirmation we needed to complete purchase. When our mortgage lender asked for clarifying details, he responded very quickly with helpful additional information. We would recommend Karim, and we will be asking him to help with our structural calculations.
