  Karim was incredibly kind, helpful and clear, responding always within 24 hours and often sooner to my anxious emails, helping me make difficult decisions and explaining clearly the nature of the works. I really valued his support through the process of preparing for the work that needed to be done. Sadly I wasn't able to continue with the project.
