Karim was incredibly kind, helpful and clear, responding always within 24 hours and often sooner to my anxious emails, helping me make difficult decisions and explaining clearly the nature of the works. I really valued his support through the process of preparing for the work that needed to be done. Sadly I wasn't able to continue with the project.

I cannot recommend Karim highly enough. If there were more than five stars, he would deserve them all. He is professional, thorough, smart and efficient. He attended our property within two weeks of my initial enquiry to conduct a roof drone survey. He conducted an internal visual assessment before undertaking the drone survey. He gave immediate verbal feedback on his findings and sent a comprehensive 90+ page report, including recommended next steps, within the week. His communication is clear and quick, and I have found him very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m glad we are working with him.

I can highly recommend Stay Steel for their swift, professional work in producing the structural engineering drawings and calculations for my upcoming renovation. As this is my first time navigating a project like this, I’ve had plenty of questions, and Karim El‑Saadawy has been exceptionally responsive and patient throughout. His clarity and quick replies have made the whole process much smoother.

We were happy with the quality of work and customer service that Karim provided. He was helpful and knowledgeable. We asked for calculations for removing a loading bearing wall for a RSJ and removing chimneys. The calculations were provided in a timely manner and very detailed. We would use Karim again in the future.
