I can't recommend Karim highly enough. He's very responsive and clear in all communications including the initial quote (listing every item covered and associated cost, unlike other companies that i approached), the site visit itself and completion of the report. He answered all questions very clearly and effectively. He's a complete professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I required a report from a structural engineer for my mortgage application, and from the beginning he listened to exactly what I needed and advised me and kept me informed along the way. I was even sent the full report quickly, on a weekend, despite the site visit being on a Friday! I highly recommend.
