Harvey worked very hard and was great at making sure we were happy with the work he carried out. He wired our new kitchen and also put in a new circuit board for us. His quote was competitive and being a one-man band, was very good at letting us know availability and what work was going to happen when. He’s a very friendly worker so easy to talk to if you have any questions. Highly recommend him.

Harvey talked me through carrying out a diagnostic test, so I could identify the problem, and came up with really helpful suggestions. He was patient, talking me through the steps I needed to take, and phoned back with further advice (something I wasn’t expecting). Great customer service, friendly approach and real concern to help sort out the problem.

Harvey removed an old alarm system, rewired a socket and upgraded my fuseboard. He took time to explain each step of the (more complicated than expected) process. He was really efficient and, when he couldn’t complete something due to complications on the day, fitted me in the next working day so there wasn’t a hold up to other work. I was really grateful to have found him and will definitely be contacting him again!
