  Initially this company was very helpful and efficient. Unfortunately an error was made paying their invoice twice. It has taken three months, many email/messages/texts and finally enlisting help before they repaid the money. On this basis I cannot recommend them.

  Thank you for your review. As your first review stated, the works carried out were completed to a 10/10 standard and were initially well received. We were not aware at the time that the invoice had been paid twice under a different name, which unfortunately caused a delay in identifying the issue. Once this was brought to our attention, the matter was resolved and the duplicate payment was repaid. We apologise that it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. Reviews should be about the quality of works, and we remain confident in the standard of the work completed.

  We had a great experience with Lawrence. He and his team helped fix our bathroom in a tenanted property and did a really good job. Also regularly kept me updated as I wasn’t local and couldn’t attend to see the job. Would highly recommend them.

  Professional and quickly resolved

  Fixed leaking pipes quickly with no fuss. Came back swiftly to fix remedial problems with flooring and on time super polite and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will be using again 😀

  Starry dreams were called out originally because I had a bathroom floor that needed fixing but then resulted in a brand new kitchen and bathroom being installed in a much bigger job. Loz and his team will go above and beyond to make sure that everything is done right they are very professional and a good laugh may I add. I will definitely be asking them to come back again I highly recommend. Thanks for my lovely bathroom and kitchen.

  I honestly cannot recommend the team highly enough, they could not have done more to get my property safe and restored. What started out as a bathroom replacement became a much bigger piece of building work as several significant issues were uncovered. They pulled out all the stops to get the house safe for my tenants to return to quickly. They supported me to get the insurance sorted, sent daily updates with progression photos to show what was being done. Every step of the way was guided and approval always sought for next stages. High standard of work delivered - thank you!
