Initially this company was very helpful and efficient. Unfortunately an error was made paying their invoice twice. It has taken three months, many email/messages/texts and finally enlisting help before they repaid the money. On this basis I cannot recommend them.

Thank you for your review. As your first review stated, the works carried out were completed to a 10/10 standard and were initially well received. We were not aware at the time that the invoice had been paid twice under a different name, which unfortunately caused a delay in identifying the issue. Once this was brought to our attention, the matter was resolved and the duplicate payment was repaid. We apologise that it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. Reviews should be about the quality of works, and we remain confident in the standard of the work completed.
