Excellent service by a friendly tradesman. Arrived ahead of time even with major traffic issues in the area. Quick and efficient,I was extremely pleased with the repair to my patio door. The lock was replaced with a British Standard mechanism. Job location: BH14I had a lock fitted to my garden gate on Friday and Star Locksmith did an excellent job. I contacted him on Wednesday seeking an appointment & we arranged Friday morning. I provided photos because there was an issue with my gate and I was provided a firm quote. He arrived at the time he said he would. He was very friendly and helpful and fitted a good lock with was perfect for what I needed. He made some additional suggestions and even adjusted the existing bolt on the gate for free (which was not part of the quote). The amount I paid was exactly as per the quote. Kevin was very professional , honest and trustworthy. He went above and beyond in ensuring that the lock required was the correct one and sent additional information action about safety . The work was undertaken in exemplary fashion and I am very pleased with all aspects. The price quoted was the cheaper by far and given the entire experience would have paid more . Firstly, this is my second review of Kevin. Not sure if the first published. Would 100% recommend, fitted new locks to our property when we moved in and explained the benefits and what would be best.
