Firstly, this is my second review of Kevin. Not sure if the first published. Would 100% recommend, fitted new locks to our property when we moved in and explained the benefits and what would be best. Today, we had a problem with the handle and lock and he was out within 20 mins to sort for us. Would recommend and use again

I telephoned at 830am and Kevin came 2 hours later at my requested time . He was punctual , friendly and fixed my patio doors which would not shut or lock . He explained the problem and I was pleased with the result . I would definitely recommend Kevin and would use his services if I have a future problem with my doors or windows .

Very professional polite and efficient. Came and did the job of fixing our front door, which was stuck shut due to a latch malfunction. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Kevin contacted me quickly upon requesting a quote and agreed to come at a convenient time at which he arrived promptly. He explained the problem clearly and showed me what needed doing and gave good advice. He was friendly and polite and completed the job in a timely manner. He left me with a smoother lock and a more secure door which for the first time in many years is now properly aligned. Thank you!
