  James communicated really well from the start. His pricing method suited me, providing two days paying day rate and he picked up any extra jobs he found along the way. This meant when he discovered loose header bricks above a window he sorted these too. Puts in a full days work, checks your satisfaction along the way. James is aware that customers don’t know who to trust so by keeping you updated and running things by you along the way you feel secure, even providing photo records along the way.   Spalling bricks damaged bricks repointing

  I was a little concerned about removing damaged bricks from the bottom of my house but James talked me through his plan and kept me informed all through his work. James done an excellent job he is a really nice guy and I would fully recommend.
