I was a little concerned about removing damaged bricks from the bottom of my house but James talked me through his plan and kept me informed all through his work. James done an excellent job he is a really nice guy and I would fully recommend.

James was extremely helpful, punctual and communicated every step of the way from initial contact to end of job photographs and analysis of the re-pointing work carried out on our Listed Building. He was very fair regarding the costs and refunded the monies charged on any materials purchased which were not used. He was very helpful in finding other contractors such as the Scaffolders required to carry out no only his remit but even found a decorator which was above and beyond what he was required to do. James did a fantastic job on my property refurb which included blocking up some door ways, building a cavity wall, reducing a window opening and pointing up the external walls. He always arrived punctually, well prepared and carried out his work with professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending James.
